We are a Cape Cod based management firm, using all of the latest technologies to manage our Clients properties accounting efficiently and with as little paper/ink waste as possible. Aside from accounting services we offer every other imaginable management service, including complete building and grounds maintenance services. Our clients are welcome to pick and choose the services that they want or need for their properties.
Gatekeepers is a very "hands on" company with an owner that walks the grounds often, works on the maintenance crew(s) and often answers the phone personally.
