Q: What areas of The Cape do you serve?
A: Because we are centrally located in Harwich, we can easily and currently
    manage properties from Buzzards Bay to Eastham and certainly are not opposed 
    to expanding that area for the right project, call Patrick for more information.

Q: Do you manage any property?
A: No, we enjoy a great reputation for managing respectable properties with 
    reputable Owners.

Q: What are your fees?
A: Fees are based on actual time spent on your property and services rendered,
    every property is unique so call or e mail us for a quote.

Q: Is there a contract?
A: A management agreement is required, clients are welcome to pick and choose
    services needed.

Q: With condominium associations do you have complete control of the Association?
A: No, we have none. We only make suggestions, the Board of Directors or the  
    trustees will still make all decisions and relay them to us to carry out.

Q: Will you rent out our property weekly?
A: No. We refer all vacation rentals to Cape Cod Associates Rental Department.

Q: You have your own preferred contractors but can we use ours?
A: Of course you can, but remember... we can not be responsible for their
     performance or actions while on your property unless contracted to do so.
